Sandy


Sandy, the owner and President of Critics Choice Caterers since 1987, has been a passionate contributor to "The World of Food" since her childhood. Seeking to challenge convention and provide a feast for all the senses, Sandy is able to deliver a special sense of satisfaction to the dining table.

Like Renoir, who broke new ground with panache, Sandy similarly takes the art of catering into a new dimension, without compromising the exacting standards one expects from a veteran catering specialist. The sheer magnitude of options available to the patrons of Critics Choice Caterers reflects Sandy’s lifetime of experience and exposure to local cuisines from across the globe.

 Chef Trevor Sadler who provides a passion and enthusiam completed his training at a very young age starting with his Red Seal  and Andrew Mckay you can be confident that Critics Choice in film can deliver with style, flare, professionalism. Tracy Booker our Executive Chef has an eye to achieving a menu for you beyond your wildest dreams, visual and tasty and to suit your budget. Due to expansion we have now hired a further 3 Corporate Chefs to assist Tracy, headed by Executive Chef Greg Cuthburt. From private parties to massive corporate events, Critics Choice is fully aware that providing a good dining experience is an exercise in both flavour and presentation. We take great pride in devoting as much effort to making a meal appealing to your guests’ eyes as it is to their taste buds - It’s a surefire recipe for "Satisfaction beyond Expectation".
